However, I understand that every home and business has unique needs. That's why I'm always happy to discuss and provide less frequent cleaning options tailored to your specific requirements. 

Our text reminder service is designed for the security-conscious homeowner who prefers to keep side gates locked and bolted, and needs to know our exact service day. You'll receive a text message at 7 PM the evening before your scheduled clean, sent from "MM. Windows." Please note, these are automated texts and cannot receive replies. Simply provide us with your mobile number, and we'll take care of the rest.

It's important to remember that this text is a reminder of your confirmed service, not an invitation to cancel. We require at least 12 hours' notice for any cancellation to avoid a full service charge. Cancellations on the day, or failure to provide agreed-upon access (like a locked or bolted gate, as we do not climb over or clamber up gates), will regrettably also result in the full price being charged.

Please note, a minimum charge of £10.00 applies to all services.
